With seven rounds of the 2016/2017 Winter Challenge having now been played there’s only two rounds to go and all to play for.

Results of round 7 of the Winter Challenge.
1st – Dan.Mills and Oliver.Warner (45 points)
2nd – Keith.Alder and Roger.Brock (43 points (cb)
3rd – John Maloney and Nathan Allen (43 points (cb)

The top three pairs after round 7 of the Winter Challenge.

1st –  Mark Wharton and Paul Barrow (215 points)
2nd – Dan Mills & Oliver Warner (214)
3rd – Colin Varney and Mark Cooper (213 points)

The current leaders are Mark Wharton and Paul Barrow on 215 points but with two more rounds still to play, anything could still happen. After all nine rounds have been played the top 16 pairs will qualify for the knockout stage. Then after four match-play games the winners will eventually be crowned. Good luck to all the pairs for the final two rounds.
