This NOGC Local Rule covers cases of extreme weather, when a hole may be cut in a position that is not on the main putting green of that hole. The main putting green in this instance is deemed to be Ground Under Repair and the ball should be dropped without penalty at the nearest point of relief away from the main putting green read the full Local Rule here
