We’ve had a very busy week cutting grass. The change in course conditions over the past 5-6 weeks from dry and brown to green and lush has been dramatic. Some nice weather over the next couple of months should see some glorious playing conditions to enjoy.
We’ve also treated and fed the greens for the start of a fungal disease – fusarium. This is quite early for the disease as it usually happens nearer the change to winter weather. We’re delighted that the greens are fine, and they’re playing very well.
