As you’ll probably know there’s snow on the course and it’s likely to keep the course closed over this weekend.
Before the snow arrived your green-keeping team continued with tree work on holes 4, 5, 8, 9 and 15, and weather permitting this work will continue into next week. Drag matting of fairways has continued on holes 1, 8, 9, 10, 14 and18 to clear debris and worm cast, and fairways 3, 4, 16 and 17 have been sorrel rolled to improve the surface aeration – again this will continue as weather permits.
Your green-keeping team would like to thank all members for their patience last week while the course was closed due to snow and ice. And we thank you for your continued patience with the current closure and potential further closures.
Here’s looking forward to some milder weather so we can all get out on the course.
